Winnifred the Winsome Weasel

WinnifredloungesI found this weasel lounging about in the living room. I decided to overlook her cheekiness, and invited her for a cup of tea. She was most demure and charming.

Winnifredtea_2Winnifred is made from old clothing, a few buttons, and a scrap of ribbon. She is primarily stuffed with pillow innards with a bit of rice and lavender. And yes, I realise her noggin is large ("Have you seen the size of that thing? ...it's got its own weather system!"). That is what comes of making up your own "patterns". And the reason she is such an eloquent conversationalist.

WHAT? You MADE THAT!!!!! Come ON! That is one cute little softie. Wow.Wow.Wow.

i love her - and if her head were not so big, she would not be able to drink her tea.

Cute, funny weasel!!

So much creativity. I couldn't even imagine attempting a softie without a pattern. Mine wouldn't even look like a living thing I'm sure!

How completely adorable! And made from old clothes!
